2. What is the Executive Coaching Certification Program?

The Executive Coaching Certification Program from the Executive Coach Institute is an at home or office training program that fully educates and prepares you to be Certified as an Executive Coach through a comprehensive combination of self-study use of manuals, audio, and powerpoints.

Hellen Davis, CLU will be personally training you via audio CDs, as if it were a one-on-one session, allowing you access to her 20 plus years experience during each audio session. 5. What does a Certified Executive Coach do?

A Certified Executive Coach assists the people they are coaching in continuing their education, articulating their goals, identifying strategies, and assists in giving them the knowledge to create a workable action plan for success. With the assistance of a coach, the person defines their vision and the coach challenges them to achieve that vision, holding them accountable, cheering them on & working through issues whenever appropriate. A coach assists their clients in achieving a powerful and satisfying career. The Coach also focuses on success & goes over lessons learned from failure.

6. What requirements or prerequisites do you need to have in order to qualify for the training?

Hellen Davis has designed her Executive Coach Certification Program to teach you everything you need to know to conduct professional & effective Executive Coaching sessions. It is not necessary to have a background in executive coaching or any formal educational qualifications. You only need a willingness to help others succeed in business, the ability to be reliable and responsible, the willingness to work hard, and the desire to run a successful business.

7. How long does it take to complete the training and become a Certified Executive Coach?

To a large extent, the Certification Program has worked out well because it was designed to completed at your own pace and ability. You are in control and determine when you would like to complete the certification program and how fast.For many current life coaches, consultants, trainers, & uncertified coaches, the self-study process should only take 20 - 40 hours. Most of the material is audio learning. For others not as comfortable with coaching, the certification process should not take longer than 30 - 50 hours.

8. What is the cost of the certification seminar & what do you receive?

The cost of the self-study certification program is $2,590.00. This includes a complete certification training course. The cost also covers the following manuals: Change, Teambuilding, Influence & Communication, RA², The 21 Laws of Influence & the following CDs: Behavior & Learning, Change & Move Forward, and Communication, Language, & Influence, Executive Coach Program Manual, Certification & "CCE" Designation. Also included in the entire Executive Coach Certification Program on audio CDs. You also receive the Rich Integration™Audio Series.

9. How do you acquire paying clients?

There are many different ways to find paying clients. As a certified executive coach through the Executive Coach Institute, you have the advantage of receiving proven marketing tips & tools. Here are some examples: Setting up auto-responders, creating your own personal newsletter: "How to Prospect", posting "free" articles on your site. The Executive Coach Institute will periodically e.mail our newsletter offering business-building tips.

10. How does the coaching process actually work?

The Executive Coaching process begins with the initial session. During this session, the Coach and the Coachee discuss expectations and review the Coaching Agreement, which is provided by the Executive Coach Institute. Together, they will review data and conduct a needs analysis and fact-finding session. (Often information from a 360º, performance appraisals, and other data assist in the development of the coaching session.) They will also review the summary of session topics and jointly prioritize coaching topics. The meeting dates will be set and paperwork completed. After the initial session, the general sessions follow.

The overall goal for each session, based upon information identified in the fact-finding session, is determined. Coaching models are reviewed and discussed at each session. The models build upon each other & interface to provide a solid grounding in management & executive skills. The frequency of future meetings should be consistent with sessions ordinarily held monthly. The session length tends to be from one to two hours and they are either held by teleconference or face-to-face.

11. What is your return policy?

Most companies that offer products on CD's, etc. do not offer refunds due to the ability to easily download and copy program materials.
