When To Utilize An Executive, Business, or Management Coach

Feeling alone – You have attained a high level in your organization and don’t feel comfortable talking to your coworkers or peers. You need an independent “sounding board” for your ideas, personal goals and vision.

Too many fires (sub-optimal results) – When you need someone to refocus your attention on your goals, vision, and success factors; and benchmark your accountability for attaining these goals. Stuck and not moving forward at the pace you desire – You realize that your current leadership potential is not attainable without guidance and assistance.

Over committed/aggressive change – When you feel you are in tumultuous water and need someone to send a life raft to help you think through your challenges and their solutions.

Don’t match up – When you need to align your perception of your leadership skills with the perception of others. For example, when your performance appraisal, feedback you have received directly or through a 360° evaluation doesn’t match your perception of your leadership abilities.

Lack business rhythm – When you cannot build momentum in your team and need a new perspective or skill set.

Results are less than expected – When you are not effectively communicating expectations or aligning your staff with the mission, vision, and the goals to achieve successful results.

Your Executive Coach will support you every step of the way!

"I played football in college. I wasn't very big-only 150 pounds-and I wasn't very good. I got hurt a lot. I broke my arm once, my neck once, and my nose six times. When I tell people about it, they always ask me, 'Why did you keep doing it?' For the longest time I had no answer. Then one day it hit me. If there hadn't been any fans in the stands cheering me on-my family and friends-I wouldn't have kept on playing and trying so hard. But there were, so I did." --Tom Malone, President, Milliken & Company
