Right
now, almost all work is teamwork-most people understand this. But what
does it take to make a team work? |
|
Teamwork
is the fundamental force that drives business. |
|
Progressive
leaders understand the significance that Cutting Edge Team Dynamics
has on the bottom line. |
|
Indaba
instructors, experts in group behavior and learning, deliver an accelerated
learning program to change behavior in individuals and teams. Cutting
Edge Team Dynamics is an interactive workshop that focuses on how to
develop high performance teams. In the session, attendees work on a
time-sensitive project that serves as a visual reminder of lessons learned. |

Who
would have thought, as I was sitting on the floor of my 7 year old son's
room on April 30th, picking out a Matchbox car, that we would have ended
up with that view (Mosaic) on May 9th. "Bringing the Future to the Present"
seemed to be in full action. The two day experience was deeply rewarding
and the icing on the cake was the fact that my vision was brought to
life through the hands of my peers. This sense of joy and accomplishment
remains in my heart. Simple and meaningful, these actions expressed
the passion of our leaders to make positive change in our organization
and to ourselves. I look forward to the chance to work with you again
and learn the benefits of stimulating others into "seeking knowledge"
to better our life. |
| |
This
course is necessary - and in my opinion should be mandated - for every
person who is forced (or wants to) work on a team. Oh, and by the way,
did I mention that it was the most fun I had in a workshop in years!
|
| |
For
each of the areas addressed at the seminar, we will provide you with
our opinion of what you need to present and market your products and
services in each of these income ranges. Then we will continue by telling
you what we think you need to have and do, to propel yourself to the
next tier of income. The ranges we have chosen as reference points are
the $100-250K range, the 250-500K range and the level above $1M. We
will provide you with ADVANCED SALES & MARKETING STRATEGIES and
PR Tips and Tactics necessary to get you to and
pasteach of the levels. |
| |
To
teach the concept we have taken the approach of the "4 Doors for
Entrance" (Coaching, Consulting, Training, & Speaking). For
each door, at every income tier, there are different strategies. The
Rich Integration audio series
will teach you how to build a thriving practice using the 4 Doors. |

I
used to think that teamwork was 'go slow work' but now I understand
that it's only that way if you don't pull in the same direction with
the same basis for operating. Our company is faster because our teams
work better than we ever did as individual players. |
| |
This
was the first course in ten years that had staying power in our organization.
My team still talks about the experience almost every time we get together.
We absolutely use the methods and models you gave us. To this day it's
how we do business. They are simple, everybody agrees with them and
they have staying power! |
